Anta KT

Klay Thompson was drafted 11th overall by the Golden State Warriors in 2011, and alongside Stephen Curry he formed the Splash Brothers, winning four NBA championships (2015, 2017, 2018 and 2022) and earning five All-Star selections. He signed with Chinese brand Anta in 2014, later extended the partnership with a 10-year deal, and in February 2026 agreed to a lifetime contract with the company. After stints with Golden State and the Dallas Mavericks, he signed with the Miami Heat in 2026.

The Anta KT line began with the KT1 in December 2015, whose Warriors colorway paired a royal blue base with a translucent outsole fading from blue to gold. The KT2 followed in 2016, and the 2017 KT3 was the first model in the line with a full knit upper. Anta introduced full-length A-Flashfoam cushioning in the 2018 KT4, and the 2019 KT5 used an upgraded, dual-density version of it. The KT6 arrived in 2020, and the 2021 KT7 brought Anta’s nitrogen-infused Nitroedge midsole technology to the line. The KT8, released in September 2022, layered A-Flashedge foam, a Pebax forefoot unit and a Nitroedge sockliner over a carbon-fiber plate. The KT 9 launched in September 2023 with SMART S.A.M and nitrogen cushioning, and the KT 10 released in the U.S. in November 2024 with nitrogen-infused foam in an EVA carrier and TPU sidewall plates. The KT 11 launched in Hangzhou in October 2025 to mark 11 years of the partnership, with Nitrogen 80+ cushioning, 180-degree TPU lockdown and an eagle feather heel pattern recalling the KT1.
