Young was one of the most coveted rookies for the big shoe companies in the 2018 draft class, and the prolific point guard opted to sign a multi-year shoe deal with adidas just prior to the draft. He’s mixed in some of Adidas’ more off-the-wall shoes this season, and has become the face of the futuristic N3XT L3V3Ls. He introduced the N3XT L3V3L 2s in the 2020 All-Star game.
Young played himself into the lottery pick discussion for 2018 with his standout season for the Sooners, and ended up being drafted 5th overall. He wore Nike Kyrie 4 shoes on court for Oklahoma.
