About the shoe

The Adidas Ace Versatility is Candace Parker’s second signature shoe. It followed the Ace Commander, which debuted in 2010, and was made for her 2011 WNBA season. The Commander had a midfoot support strap, while the Versatility switched to a removable cross-strap that allows adjustable support and different color combinations. It uses Climacool and adiPRENE technologies, with carbon fiber overlays and a stitch pattern on the collar that spells out “Ace.” It came in Los Angeles Sparks purple and gold, and there were also collegiate editions for Tennessee, Michigan and Louisville.
