About the shoe
This may be the most popular Air Jordan shoe ever. Originally released in 1995, the shoe was re-released in 2003, 2006 and 2009. The original version of the shoe was so popular that Jordan Retro releases were moved to Saturday so that students would not have to skip school in order to buy a pair. While virtually no players wear this model as their primary shoe, many NBAers mix the Retro 11 into their shoe rotation.
