Review Consensus

No performance reviews have been published yet. The low-cut Maxey v1 is built for quick, explosive guards: it pairs a dual rail plate and FuelCell foam for forward propulsion with sculpted outriggers for fast lateral changes of direction.

Release Date: Unconfirmed (reported as October 2, 2026)

The Maxey v1 is the first signature shoe for Philadelphia 76ers guard Tyrese Maxey with New Balance, and it debuted on court at the 2026 Play-In Tournament. It is the first model in the line, so it has no predecessor. The low-cut design takes its outriggers from the 9060, its top lacing from the 2002 and its overall shape from the P350, with FuelCell cushioning over a two-piece dual rail plate system. It is scheduled to release on October 2, 2026, for $129.99 at newbalance.com and select retailers.
