Review consensus

No contemporary performance reviews of the Air C14 could be found. It was built as a leather-upper, Air-cushioned game shoe for Cooper's guard play during the Comets' run of championships, and she wore it on court with "mom" and "10" written on the pairs.

About the shoe

The Nike Air C14 was the only official signature shoe of Cynthia Cooper, the Houston Comets guard who was Finals MVP in each of the WNBA’s first four seasons. It followed the Nike Air Max Shake ‘Em Up, a 1998 model that Nike marketed around Cooper but never released as an official signature shoe. The C14 has a colour-blocked upper of full-grain and tumbled leather over a visible Max Air unit in the heel. It released in 1999 and retailed for $85, according to Sneaker Files.
