Nike Air Swoopes 4

The Nike Air Swoopes 4 is the fourth signature shoe for Sheryl Swoopes. It released in 1998, the same year she and the Houston Comets won their second straight WNBA title. It follows the 1997 Air Swoopes Zoom and drops that model’s claw-like side design for a wavy outsole and a waved-leather upper with an extended “SWOOPES” pull tab. Cushioning comes from a Zoom Air unit in the heel, which replaced the encapsulated large-volume Air used in the original Air Swoopes. The sources found do not give a retail price.
