Review Consensus

The unique traction of the A'One is its standout feature, providing exceptional bite and all-direction grip on any style of court. Paired with the Cushlon 3.0 slab and snug support, this is a versatile sneaker for high performance from any position.

Release Date: May 6th, 2025

A’ja Wilson became the latest WNBA player to sign a signature shoe deal with Nike when she unveiled the A’One in late 2024. It released in 3 colorways (the pink “Leo Lights”, blue “Indigo Girl”, and blue-accented white “OG Pearl”) along with an accompanying line of apparel that establishes Wilson’s presence with the brand. The A’One was an instant hit for both its performance and design, which features a rubber compound outsole with a textile shell layered in synthetic panels for support. The main critique against the shoe is its tricky fit, with an aggressive taper in the forefoot and a fairly narrow overall fit that will require going up a half-size for most players.
