Durability is a definite strength of the Cosmic Unity 3, with a thick rubber outsole perfect for outdoor courts. The flip side of this is that it's on the heavier side with very dense cushioning that's a bit of letdown when it comes to impact protection. On the plus side, it's a winner when it comes to lockdown and has a wide base for stability.

Nike has continued its eco-friendly performance shoe, the Cosmic Unity, with a now third iteration. Besides being built out of some recycled material (though the current tally only sits at a measly 20%), the shoe features cushioning in the midsole in a fairly lightweight frame. The upper features some innovative elements in addition to its sustainable construction, including a Flyknit collar and Flymesh on the midfoot to improve the containment without getting too rigid or heavy. Aesthetically, the unique knit look to the upper makes it a distinctive and stylish silhouette. It also comes in a variety of color options, including an exclusive colorway from Aces forward A’ja Wilson.
