About the shoe
The Nike Shox DT is the second signature shoe of Diana Taurasi, released in 2006, the year after the Air Max Taurasi. The main change from its predecessor was the cushioning: the Air Max Taurasi used a heel Air unit, while the Shox DT moved to Nike’s Shox technology in the heel, as seen on earlier Chamique Holdsclaw models. It also had less signature detailing, with “Taurasi” printed along the insole, and a diagonal toe Swoosh that recalls the Air Swoopes VI. It retailed for $100 and came in a variety of team colours.
