The enhanced cushioning of the MB.05 makes it the best shoe in LaMelo Ball's line to date. The fit is true-to-size and the upper is supportive, though the material is a bit thin and the strap doesn't add much.

It was a bit funny that Lonzo Ball, the namesake of the Puma MB signature line, appeared to avoid the MB.04 shoe like the plague. So here’s hoping that Ball will proceed to wear his own MB.05 shoe. We’re feeling good about these odds, given the lightweight NITROFOAM cushioning and the fiery new aesthetics.
