The Specialist, from boutique performance shoe brand Q4, was released in 2017 but remains one of the company’s best performing basketball kicks. The guard-focused shoe features a good traction system, called Omni Grip, a full-length foam midsole, and a severe heel-to-toe drop that gives backcourt players an aggressive stance on the toes.
