Arguably the most underrated shoe in the Under Armour catalog, the FUTR X3 uses the same Flow foam outsole as the better-known Curry line, for similarly exceptional grip. The bootie design and Perf X-open cell sockliner combine for a secure fit with low compression and high energy return, making this a top choice for guards and other speedy players.

Lost a bit in the shuffle of Under Armour’s basketball show offerings, which now include the growing Curry sub-brand, the Flow FUTR X series has proven to be a high performing basketball shoe, with relatively little uptake, even among UA’s NBA players. The X3 features Under Armour’s adaptive IntelliKnit upper with Gore straps for enhanced lockdown, offering a balance of stretch and support that makes it a very comfortable shoe to play in for a variety of foot sizes. The heel containment is especially noteworthy, with extra plush padding around the heel and achilles that combines with the midfoot shank to provide a very stable ride.
