A well-rounded shoe at a very reasonable price, the HOVR Havoc would be a good purchase for anyone on a budget.

Released on August 31 2018, the Under Armour HOVR Havoc was first seen on the feet of All-Rookie First Team Dennis Smith Jr. in the 2018 Las Vegas Summer League. The shoe adapts Under Armour’s popular HOVR cushioning system — previously used in UA’s running shoes — to a basketball silhouette. The shoe will also be available in a mid-cut version.
