Undrafted guard Alex Caruso surprised many in the Lakers organization with his strong finish to the 2018-19 season and highlight-reel dunks. He became a critical part of the Lakers rotation, before signing with the Bulls in 2021, and then being traded off to the Thunder.
In February 2020, Caruso parlayed his success into a lucrative deal with Chinese brand Anta. With Anta, he wore the KT Light 4 shoe, one of the signature kicks of Warriors star Klay Thompson, and then later was most often seen in the cool Shock the Game 6.0 silhouette.
Now that his tryst with Anta has come to a close, Caruso is back to wearing what seem to be his favorite shoes: Nike Kobes. This year he’s been primarily in the Kobe 6 Protros (he was typically in the Kobe 5 Protros before his time with Anta).
