Milwaukee’s D.J. Augustin shook up the NBA sneaker world in 2018 by signing with FILA. Like former powerhouses Puma and Converse, Fila is trying to make a comeback in the NBA, and made its new foray by signing Augustin and retired star Grant Hill to endorsement deals. Over the course of his deal with Fila, Augustin was spotted wearing the original signature kicks of Grant Hill (the Fila 95) and Jerry Stackhouse (Fila Spaghetti).
But in late 2020, Augustin let Fila and joined Nike, where he has most recently been wearing the Kyrie 3 Lows.
