Jae Crowder was a crowd favorite and energizing force for the Boston Celtics, before being shipped off to the Cavs in the blockbuster Kyrie Irving deal, then heading to a long sequence of teams, to his current stop in Milwaukee.
He currently primarily wears the Kobe AD Exodus shoes, which is a big step up from the old school LA Gear sneakers that his dad Corey Crowder wore while an NBA player with the Jazz.
In an April 2017 playoff game against the Bulls, Crowder was involved in a bizarre shoe incident with Robin Lopez. After Lopez lost his shoe during play, Crowder picked it up and threw it towards the stands, drawing a delay of game call. When Lopez retrieved his shoe, he tried to untie Crowder’s shoe while putting his own shoe back on.
