The Adidas D.O.N. Issue #5 released in the third quarter of 2023, and continued the exciting progression of Cavs star Donovan Mitchell’s signature line. This version supports Mitchell’s explosive cutting and jumping with an ultralight Lightstrike midsole, and promotes Adidas’ new environmental bona fides with a reported 50% recycled materials used to construct the appealing upper. Mitchell debuted a cleated version of the first Blue Sapphire colorway at the 2023 MLB All-Star Game, and two additional colorways (Throwback Don and Black Widow) were added in late 2023.
