The Trae Unlimited 2 has a lot of similarities to the Trae Young 3 but at a lower price point that makes it an impressive budget-friendly option. It features a new low-top silhouette, a change from the first Trae Unlimited, and has a plush feel right out of the box with a true-to-size fit and decent foot lockdown and containment, though some players will find them a bit loose in the heel.

The second iteration of superstar Trae Young‘s budget-friendly signature line, the Trae Unlimited 2 first released overseas in the Blue Burst and Green Spark colorways, with more options emerging in the spring of 2024. This shoe has a lot in common with the first Trae Unlimited silhouette, and also shows influence from other popular Adidas sneakers. This includes mid-foot overlays reminiscent of the Yeezy 700 and topographical detailing on the forefoot sole similar to what you’ll find on the Trae Young 3. The materials overall are impressive for the price point, with a breathable diamond-cut mesh upper that has leather overlays and a split-tongue construction with convenient pull tabs at the tongue and heel.
