About the shoe
The original Air Jordan was released in 1985 but this retroed version still looks as stylish as ever. The shoe was banned by the NBA for its unconventional look at a time when most shoes were much more straightforward. Michael Jordan wore the shoe anyway and was fined by the NBA in every game he played.
The sneaker was re-released in 1994, 2001 and 2007 and is currently on the market in a wide variety of colorways and special editions.
