Review consensus

Reviewers praise the large herringbone traction and the ZoomX forefoot, though the Air Zoom heel feels clunky and lackluster by comparison. A wide forefoot base and midfoot shank keep it stable, but the narrow, tapered heel can feel unstable on heel landings, and the shoe fits slightly long.

About the shoe

The Jordan Triangle is a new non-signature Jordan Brand basketball model named after the triangle offense and designed as a positionless shoe for all five spots on the floor. As a first-generation model it has no predecessor; its headline feature is a cushioning setup that pairs ZoomX foam in the forefoot with an Air Zoom unit in the heel, housed in a Cushlon 3.0 carrier. The low-cut shoe also uses a carbon-fiber-inspired woven upper, an injection-molded shank and a herringbone HART rubber outsole. Announced at $140, it is listed at $145 on Nike.com.
