Drake Powell joined the Brooklyn Nets as the 22nd overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft, selected by the Atlanta Hawks and traded to Brooklyn. The Pittsboro, North Carolina native and McDonald’s All-American played one season at UNC and posted a 43-inch vertical at the NBA Combine. On court, Powell has mostly worn the Jordan Tatum 4, with the Jordan Tatum 3 and Air Jordan 40 also in his rotation.
