About the shoe
The Ultra.Fly 2, which debuted in the 2016-17 playoffs, is the highly anticipated sequel to the alien cage-designed Ultra.Fly, which was first worn by Jimmy Butler in the 2015-16 playoffs. This time around, the shoe borrows design elements from the Jordan 15, including the “Flight”-inspired tongue. The shoe also features a Zoom-Air midsole, and a new sock-like mesh upper.
