The success of the Two Wxy V4 set a high bar for the V5, but this refined iteration of one of New Balance’s most popular silhouettes doesn’t disappoint. The biggest difference from previous Two Wxy models is the single-piece mesh upper. They’ve also added a TPU foxing band that improves both the fit and the stability. It gets strong marks for style, too, releasing in 8 colorways ranging from a classic black to the vibrant “Team Red” and “Ultra Pink” iterations. Expect to see this sneaker on the feed of agile players like Darius Bazley, Jamal Murray, and Aaron Nesmith in the 2024-25 NBA season.
