Review consensus

No performance reviews of the Shox Mique were found. It was designed as a premium Shox-cushioned signature model for a scoring forward, pairing Vince Carter-era Shox tooling with an embroidered upper that has a cleaner look.

About the shoe

The Nike Shox Mique is Chamique Holdsclaw’s second signature shoe, released in 2002 as the follow-up to the 2001 Shox BB4 Mique. Some sources call it the Shox Mique II. Like its predecessor, it was built on a Vince Carter Shox model. The main change is the upper: the BB4 Mique’s embossed, crater-like bubbles were replaced with embroidered paneling, hidden lacing and a jewel Swoosh. Nike sold retail versions in 2002 and also made one-off player exclusives. The sources found do not confirm the shoe’s original retail price.
