The Peak Jason Kidd 1 is the first of four signature shoes Jason Kidd received from Chinese brand Peak during his second stint with the Dallas Mavericks. Kidd left Nike to sign with Peak in the summer of 2008, a deal reported at about $4 million over three years. The Kidd 1 started the line that continued with the Kidd II in 2009-10, the Kidd III that Kidd wore during the Mavericks’ 2011 NBA Finals win, and the Kidd IV. As his first Peak model, it had no earlier Peak version to update, and available sources do not list its retail price.
