Released on Pi Day (also Curry’s birthday) and priced at $130, the 314 pairs of the fifth signature shoe in the Curry line quickly sold out. The successor to the Curry 4 is said to have “squared the circle”, meaning that it has a “design inspiration that functionally & aesthetically frames the upper of the Curry 5, with a circular construction built through the framing of the 90-degree angle of the foot”.
