Under Armour’s Heat Seeker features an engineered knit upper, a bootie construction for a sock-like fit, and a traditional lacing setup atop the knit. With a cushioned textile insole, an exposed Micro G heel cushioning unit, and an EVA midsole, the shoe is being pushed as the most advanced basketball silhouette that the brand has ever released.
Some of UA’s rising stars like Dennis Smith Jr. and Josh Jackson silently debuted the Heat Seeker over the 2017-18 NBA holiday games before the shoe’s official release in January 2018.
