About the shoe
The HOVR Havoc 2 from Under Armour, headlined by 76ers star Joel Embiid, follows up on UA’s first foray into bringing its HOVR foam technology to performance basketball shoes. The HOVR foam contains a compression mesh “Energy Web” material that promises to bring a spring back into the player’s step, while a midfoot TPU shank should give some extra stability, particularly for the big bodies that the high-top shoe tends to attract.
