First released in 1997, the XIII was designed by Tinker Hatfield to resemble a panther paw along the outsole, and displayed an unusual holographic eye feature. Technologies like a carbon fiber plate and Zoom Air unit rounded out the shoe that helped MJ win his 6th NBA championship.
