Finnish center Awak Kuier was selected second overall by the Dallas Wings in the 2021 WNBA Draft out of Italian club Virtus Eirene Ragusa. Born in Cairo and raised in Finland, she played three seasons in Dallas, then spent time in Europe with Reyer Venezia and Galatasaray before re-signing with the Wings in 2026. On court, she has worn the Nike Ja 3, including the “Cobalt Bliss” and “At Dawn” colorways.
