The story

Giles signed with Nike prior to the 2017 NBA draft, and has been primarily wearing Kyries throughout his NBA career. After a couple of tough years outside of the NBA, Giles cracked the Nets roster in 2023-24 hoping for a new career surge — he chose the KD 16s to make that push, and has since taken his game to China, playing for the Jiangsu Dragons in 2025-26.
