After the demise of the Hyperdunk line, basketball consumers were somewhat skeptical of Nike’s new “GT” strategy. But the GT Cut series has proven to be a hit among the low cut crowd, taking some of the pressure off of Nike’s curious decision to (temporarily) discontinue the Kobe line. The GT Cut 3 follows in this high-performing tradition, bringing the now familiar aesthetic Nike-heads will recognize from silhouettes like the Sabrina 1, LeBron 21, and late-stage Kobes.
