Malone

Karl Malone was drafted 13th overall by the Utah Jazz in 1985 out of Louisiana Tech. He played for Utah from 1985 to 2003, then spent the 2003-04 season with the Los Angeles Lakers. In 1990 he signed an endorsement deal with L.A. Gear, which planned a Karl Malone shoe line, and his 1991 L.A. Gear shoe was the Catapult. He now owns car dealerships and other businesses in Utah and Louisiana.
