Standout Baylor guard VJ Edgecombe joins a crowded 76ers backcourt. But given the success of his brief NCAA career, Edgecombe may very well supplant some of Philly’s better known names. Just prior to the 2025 draft, where he was selected 3rd overall, Edgecombe signed a multi-year deal with Adidas. He sported the Harden Vol. 9s in the Summer League, but moved on primarily to the D.O.N. Issue #7s during the regular season.
