Zach LaVine wore the Nike Hyperdunk shoes during his dunk competition win in 2016, and continued to wear them on the court for some time. But in late 2017, LaVine bolted Nike for rival Adidas, who reportedly offered him a four-year, $35 million dollar shoe deal. While with adidas, LaVine preferred to wear some of the Three Stripes’ more off-the-wall silhouettes, including the N3XT L3V3L and BYW X 2.0.
Now free from his Adidas contract, LaVine is back to wearing Nikes, and has preferred to wear Kobes like the Kobe 6 Protro.
