Jae Crowder was a crowd favorite and energizing force for the Boston Celtics, before being shipped off to the Cavs in the blockbuster Kyrie Irving deal before heading south to the Utah Jazz.
He currently mixes the Nike Zoom LeBron Soldier 11 shoes on court with the popular Kobe AD Mids, which are both a big step up from the old school LA Gear sneakers that his dad Corey Crowder wore while an NBA player with the Jazz.
In an April 2017 playoff game against the Bulls, Crowder was involved in a bizarre shoe incident with Robin Lopez. After Lopez lost his shoe during play, Crowder picked it up and threw it towards the stands, drawing a delay of game call. When Lopez retrieved his shoe, he tried to untie Crowder’s shoe while putting his own shoe back on.
