Review Consensus

The D. Fox 2 builds off the Fox 1, with similar but improved traction and a comfortable upper that mixes textile with holtmelt fuse for extra durability. Its main weakness is its cushioning, which is very firm with almost no bounce. The fit is also on the narrow side, so wide-footed players may need to go up a half-size.

Release Date: August 22, 2025

De’Aaron Fox debuted his second signature shoe with the Curry brand at Camp Curry in San Francisco, the same day that it released for retail sale in the bright blue “Curry World Tour” colorway. Fox aimed to take the D. Fox 2 in a different direction from the Fox 1, with a refined Flow cushioning system and a new lower-compression sock liner to add bounce. The shoe is designed with fast players in mind, with performance features that focus on responsiveness and the durability of the traction. It promises to be released in more colorways, like the more subdued dark blue and black “Lexington”, through the end of 2025.
